      If you are good at Photoshop, it is easy. Otherwise, download the following instructions on How to Design ID card templates using Photoshop:

      I suggest printing out the 23 page instructions which includes lots of screenshots (pictures) and following each step in order. After you do that a couple of times, you can design an ID card template in 30 minutes to an hour.
